Shipping Policy
Our normal processing time is 1-2 weeks. We ship all orders through USPS from New Orleans, Louisiana. Once orders are sent to the post office, we are not responsible for delays, damages or lost packages. Please contact USPS for shipping concerns.

Refund Policy
Due to the customization of each order and for hygiene and sanitation reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your cart before checking out.
